My cleaning service pro contacted me to cancel/reschedule my cleaning, what do I do?

When get matched with a cleaning service on Cleanify, the commitment from the professionals is to arrive at the scheduled arrival window.

If professionals cannot arrive in that window, they are expected to get in touch with Cleanify to let us know.

Sometimes professionals may get in contact when they are running late or canceling the job.

If this happens, login to your account at cleanify.com to get urgent help with your booking so we can either find a new pro that can arrive as close to the arrival time as possible.
