How does cancellation and reschedule work?

We get it. Things come up, and changes and cancellation are needed sometimes. Cleanify makes changing or canceling bookings on Cleanify is easy. Login in to your account and request cancelation from your order.

If you need to reschedule, simply cancel your existing booking and make a new booking. Please note that a different cleaning service professional may be assigned to your booking if you book on, and if you want a specific professional you can book them on their Cleanify storefront by from your account (access their storefront by logging into your account).

Any service booked can be canceled free of charge 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled cleaning. For cancelation or reschedule requests under 48 hours, fees apply to protect the earnings of the cleaning businesses on the Cleanify platform.
