Canceling a job after arrival

You may face some circumstances where you are not able to complete a job after arrival to a job site.

When you cancel a job after arrival:

1. communicate with the customer why you are canceling the job (e.g. condition of space, could not agree on requirements and labor hours required, infestations, no water, etc)

2. login to your account and fill out the the reason your are canceling the job.

Please note you are not entitled to be paid for jobs that are canceled after arrival. These happen once in a while, but can be prevented in many cases through friendly, professional communication.  If you have questions about the job scope before the job, login to your account and to ask Cleanify.
