Most of these businesses show up on time and do not disappoint, but occasionally the service falls short of expectations.
If a cleaning service doesn’t show up, we try to immediately find a replacement service, and if unsuccessful in finding a backfill, we give you 100% refund (if you have been charged) with an additional discount on your next booking.
To report a no show, please log in to your account and select the date of service. There, click "details", "get help", and fill out the details for option "My cleaning service professional is late or did not show". Once this is received we will make sure to find the best resolution available.
