To access the Cleanify Happiness Guarantee:
- Fill out the review and resolution request in the email you get after your scheduled booking time within 24 hours of the completion of your service (you can also access the rating form by signing in to cleanify.com). You must include photos and an explanation of the problem.
- If you demonstrate the pros did not meet the requirements you agreed at the start of the cleaning, we'll facilitate the dispute process on your behalf, up to the full cost of the cleaning.
- Disputes are sent to the professionals and usually resolved within 1-3 business days.
For future bookings, we can set up your account to not match with that professional in the future.
